All physical merchandise (boards and bags) is shipped via USPS Ground with $100 included insurance. Estimated delivery windows are 7 to 10 business days from order placement. Apparel items are custom-fulfilled via drop-shipping partners.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Apparel exchanges due to sizing issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery. Please contact customer support with your order number for assistance.

Membership Policy

CCL Memberships ($25/year) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
